The company has developed a device that coats photosensitive polymers (light sensitive film) on large scale glass substrates (largest in the world, 1100 mm X 1250 mm) used in liquid crystal display devices. Using a head coater system, the light sensitive liquid film could be completed in about one-tenth of normal time, leading to energy and materials conservation. The system is priced from ¥70,000,000 to ¥100,000,000 each.
