Tire Production Module
A module system designed for use in passenger cars that largely reduces waste between processes (works in process placed near the transport conveyor, carrier and fabrication machines). This system consists of a series of package modules including a Gr tire dedicated stocker (low cost automatic warehousing), sorting/stocking system, high-speed assortment conveyor, management software, ect.

Compatible for 12" to 18" automobile tires
Sort/stock System
A virtual stocker with no restrictions with respect to existing size of shelves and number of openings. It can sort anything with no restrictions with respect to work size or shape. The specialized software groups items by shape to maximize space efficiency. Sorts and stocks (1700H) 12" ~ 18" PCR (passenger car radial) tires received at random by machine type using a gantry robot and segregates and withdraws tires according to shipment plan.

- May be used even on seasonal items and other items whose assortment stock frequency varies through advanced tooling (manual) changes.
- Maximum speed: 5m/sec; maximum weight of work: 25kg. Covers 6 m x 15 m planar surfaces. Process capacity: 4500 ~ 5000 pieces a day.
- Module for buses and trucks: maximum speed, 3 m/sec; maximum weight of work: 120kg
