About Environmental Policy
The beginning of the 21st Century witnessed a surge in the public's concern over the state of the environment generating a need to focus our attention on it from a more global perspective. This would require corporations to not only work towards boosting productivity but also to assume the responsibility of making the future bright for our children, the inheritors of this earth. Corporations have the power to ensure the progression of our entire society into the future by envisioning and putting into practice tasks that can and must be done for the sake of the environment. The reason our company obtained ISO14001 Environmental Management System Certification was to enable it to take the above seriously and work towards the reduction of the burden placed on the environment and the formulation, operation and ongoing improvement of its own environmental management system. Based upon the goals of energy conservation, natural resource conservation, waste reduction, chemical substance control, pollution control and product assessment, we are promoting "environmentally friendly" efforts in order to ensure our managerial concept of a "user-friendly" production system.
